True fearlessness is real freedom in business. And it starts with understanding the natural role of fear.

That's why...

I’m thrilled to announce that my latest book, Fearless: The Simple Spiritual Shift from the Game of Fear to the Game of Freedom, Brilliance and Confidence to Create What You Really, Really, Really Want in Business, is now available on Amazon.

Most entrepreneurs spend more time managing fear, self-doubt, and insecurity than creating. But what if fear wasn't the enemy you thought it was? What if the very thing you believe is holding you back was actually designed to help you?

Fearless reveals a massive misunderstanding about fear that keeps entrepreneurs stuck, anxious, and making decisions from the wrong place. This isn't another mindset book filled with techniques and strategies. No affirmations. No visualization. No "fake it till you make it."

Instead, you'll discover a simple spiritual shift that changes everything: fear is not a barrier to overcome — it's a guide pointing you back to your natural brilliance, wisdom, and confidence.

Through stories, thought experiments, and ambitious simplicity, you'll see that you already have everything you need to create with joy, freedom, and natural confidence. Your natural confidence and brilliance aren't broken. You don't need to build them — you only need to uncover them.

To help you get a real feel for the book and see if its message resonates with you, I’m sharing the entire Introduction right here. This will give you a direct look at the heart of the conversation we'll be having.

INTRODUCTION: Ambitious Simplicity

“Sixty years after the war ends, two soldiers emerge from the jungle” reports The Guardian about two Japanese soldiers in their 80s who didn’t know the war was over and stayed in fear, hidden in the jungles of the Philippines.

In business and in life, we often waste more time lost in jungles of fear and insecurity than actually creating.

That’s why I had to write this book.

CONFESSION – It was the least probable book that I would choose to write because I feel weird speaking or writing about spiritual matters and extremely comfortable speaking and writing about business growth. So, my selfish reason to write this book was to hand it over to new clients so that they could look at how fear and insecurities work and free their time and energy so that we could devote our time to creating and growing the business they love.

Spirituality & Happiness

"Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence."
- Aristotle

I decided to use the word 'spirituality' in the title of this book because I wanted no surprises for you, the reader. We'll be having a spiritual conversation here. We'll be having a conversation about a sense of connection to something larger than ourselves. We'll be having a conversation about a journey of self-discovery and happiness.

It's not a conversation about religion, manifestation or how to live your life, though.

This simple spiritual realization can give you back all the time and energy leaked into fear and insecurities. That’s why it is so relevant to business growth.

Isn’t it funny that the fear of the Japanese soldiers had nothing to do with the reality out there? The war had been over for quite some time.

That was so me. I got so very lost. Totally lost in fear the majority of my adult life. And reality out there was not the answer to understanding the game of fear or how to get back home.

I wrote this book with the most useful information I’ve ever come across about getting ‘unlost’ without having to wait until circumstances change.

In a world where we seem to spend more energy and time managing our mindset, our fear, our insecurities than actually creating in business, this is my invitation to shift to the game of freedom.

In a world that screams: “Do more. You’re imperfect but you can do the work to improve yourself. You have to try this and that technique. You are never ready…” I would like to invite you to explore a completely different path.

So much has been said about fear and confidence. So much is repeated as almost ‘mantras’ that seem to be more an amulet to reassure us than truth.

All my books start at ambitious simplicity. I set it as my direction to find the simple answer. And I don’t write the book until I realize for myself that simple answer.

This little book is no exception.

The only question is… do you dare let it be simple?

The Unadvertised Gold Medal of This Game…

“The spiritual journey starts in an uncomfortable place: the void that nothing can fill. Spirituality is not going to give you anything. Spirituality helps you find things you were not looking for.”
- Dr. Jorge Bucay

Some years ago, I went on yet another weight loss diet. The medal for playing that game was much more than what I expected, simply because I never knew that the result was even possible.

From my teenage years on, I was always tired, exhausted, hungry. That made me believe that was ‘normal life’.

Changing my eating habits also changed my levels of energy.

That was the unadvertised gold medal.

There is also a surprising prize in understanding the game of fear so that you can shift to playing the game of freedom, natural confidence and brilliance.

SPILLAGE WARNING – This is a book about being free from fear and insecurities to play the game of business full out. However, the understanding presented here frequently spills into other areas of life.

Babies, Possibility & Haiku

Babies are great, and not only in advertising. You’ll find many babies on the coming pages as well as my first experiments with haikus.

The references to babies and young children in this book are about pointing to how well we were made and all the possibilities that come with our default factory settings.

As our first example of what’s possible, let me take you for a second to my kindergartner playground on my first day and let’s meet two characters I had the pleasure to share my childhood with. One of them, Emma, had her pacifier in her pocket and took advantage of our first break to find a corner and put it in her mouth. When I asked her why, she told me she really needed her pacifier even if everybody told her she was too old for it. The other character I want you to meet is Gabriela, who was afraid that the Disney witch of Snow White could be hiding in that very same playground. (In those years, I confess that I was specially terrified of Sleeping Beauty Maleficent).

Let’s fast forward to our last day of kindergartner. Emma had ditched her pacifier because one day she decided she didn’t need it any longer and Gabriela was not afraid that the witch of Snow White was hiding in the playground because one day she realized it was a movie.

How was this lasting change possible?

A new level of understanding emerged in their consciousness. The shift didn’t come from what the girls already knew but it was sudden, as if out of nowhere. The key was not the amount of information they had. (If it were a question of information, nobody would smoke). Their new understandings came with a light, nice feeling of inspiration and possibility and were permanent. Once the insight occurred, there was no turning back. There was no relationship between feeling better because of their new understanding and external circumstances of life getting better.

This is a conversation about possibilities: you were also made to have sudden and profound shifts. Nothing needs to change in your external circumstances and everything can suddenly shift in your relationship with fear, insecurities and confidence. You simply need to see something new about the nature of your own thinking.

There is a famous anecdote about Einstein explaining his Theory of Relativity to an audience who asked him to make it simpler. And Einstein tried again. And the audience asked again for simpler. And Einstein warned them that he could simplify it but it would not be his Theory of Relativity any longer.

This is a simple understanding but it is not simplistic. And going back to seeing the world through a child eye's is not about being childish.

Jungle-lost, fear reigns -
Dare embrace the simple truth:
Freedom blooms within.

How to Make the Most Out of This Book…

“Whenever you find yourself in a cul-de-sac, get out the same way you came in”
- Ana Rosenberg

This is my invitation to let yourself be impacted. Go experience the freshness of water in a hot summer day, instead of dwelling on the concept of water.

I will be explaining as much as I can so that our intellect can be the entry gate to understanding. To make the most of this book, you have to seek the experience, though. Through experience, you’ll get to realization of an ambitiously simple understanding of human experience, including fear, insecurities and confidence.

Yes, you get the most out of this book by experiencing the freshness of water directly.

Let me give you an example…

The other day, I gave one of my clients a little one-minute experiment to do. What do you think was his first question?

“How do you know the result? Probably the result will depend on your expectations. Blah, blah, blah.”

My response…

“The only way to experience the results is to do the experiment. You’ll never know what you’ll discover if you don’t.”

The understanding and realization we’ll explore here will come to you. You just need to look in the direction I’m pointing and see what comes.

It’s not a risky proposition.

I promise.

There is nothing scary waiting for you to see. On the contrary, you’ll get to see three gifts you were born with that you might not have discovered to their fullest. (I get that a book that involves talking about fear could hide scary stuff. This one doesn’t.)

Respectfully, I’ll ask you to leave all your thoughts about fear, insecurities and confidence or lack thereof at the proverbial door. If your own common sense and wisdom don't see a fresh way of understanding them by the end of this book, your old thinking will be waiting for you to pick it up at the door and walk away with.

I’m not asking you to believe anything I say here. use your common sense and wisdom with an open mind.

It’s quite simple. It’s like riding a bike. If you have learned to ride a bike, you know what the experience of riding a bike is like. And we’re all capable of learning. We have everything we need to do it.

Thought Experiment (30 Seconds)

Speaking of bikes, what if you wanted to learn how to ride a bike? What would you do? How would you know that you know?

Treat this book as a little video showing you your bike with some equipment you don't know about or you might not be using to their fullest. Nothing more, nothing less. Then, throw yourself into the experience of riding a bike. You’ll know when you know.

Seek experience,
Not just concepts - freshness waits,
Realize simple truth.
