Ana Rosenberg

Ana Rosenberg is a bestselling author and business growth consultant who helps impactful professionals (coaches, trainers, consultants and independent service professionals) grow their businesses with ambitious simplicity, get chosen by their best clients and have a big impact in the world with their good work.

She specializes in helping them become seen, chosen and well paid through expertise books: books that go to work for their business from day one. It's the focus of her program Brilliant Book™ and of her upcoming book, Expertise Book.

Ana has written and published ten books, including Fearless: The Simple Spiritual Shift from the Game of Fear to the Game of Freedom, Brilliance and Confidence to Create What You Really, Really, Really Want in Business. Long before writing her own, she translated and ghostwrote books for other professionals, so she saw firsthand what a book can do for a business. She has frequently been seen on NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox, and in The Miami Herald and The Boston Globe. She also contributed to The Huffington Post.

Born in Buenos Aires, Ana built her consulting business internationally, in English, from a village in the German Alps with more cows than people. She lives in Germany with her dear German engineer husband. When they're not working, they enjoy traveling, cooking and the occasional glass of good wine.

MY STORY

Where I Come From and How I Got Here

The biggest shock of my life came after I graduated from university and started my first business.

I was excellent at what I did… and it wasn't enough.

Business felt chaotic. Confusing. Unnecessarily hard.
I had talent, skill and results. Yet none of that translated into being chosen.

So I became a woman on a mission.

I did what I've always done when something doesn't make sense: I brought order to chaos.

I studied. I experimented. I built my own systems.

I learned how to position my work so it got chosen.
How to sell in a way I could love.
How to create offers that inspired people to say yes.
How to market in a way that actually communicates value.

Soon, people started asking me for help.
Not motivation. Not mindset.
Clarity. Structure. Something that made sense.

I was hooked. I had found my mission.

An international plot twist

Then life added an international plot twist.

I married my German husband and moved to the middle of the Alps. More cows than people, and a language I didn't speak.

If I wanted my business to work, I had to reach people beyond where I was. So I became a woman on a mission again. This time, to master the online world, years before "online business" was really a thing.

Once again, I built my own path. And I realized something important:

Everything that makes a business work (positioning, offers, sales, clarity) works online too.

The book

Then came one of the smartest decisions I ever made:

The book.

Not just a book… the right book. A book that worked for my business from day one. It opened doors, attracted clients and created opportunities I couldn't have planned.

And it worked for one reason:

Alignment.
Not forced authority. Not clever tactics.
Clarity taking form.

That's when I saw something deeper.

That's why I wrote Fearless. And that's where I start with my clients: not with strategy, but with what I call Your Brilliance™. Once you see that for yourself, the rest becomes simple.
