My answer...


The question in itself can be part of the problem because I know nobody who gets up in the morning and starts to google "transformation".

One of the main reasons is that they don't even know that the possibility exists.

And it's very difficult to offer something that people are not even aware that they have a problem. (In a sense it's like going against how humans think and act).

However, they are aware and looking for a solution to some form of pain. There are millions, billions of people who are looking right now.

The solution is simple...


... And it starts with value.

My recommendation to our coach was to uncover the value she provides and to get the words to communicate it so that people see for themselves.
